The heating oven adopts a forced balanced circulation air duct design, the pipe heating is fast and uniform, the heating process does not need to rotate forwards and backwards, and the fixed length is accurate; and the energy consumption is low, and the temperature of the working environment is small. The air duct material is made of stainless steel, which can ensure that there is no high-temperature iron oxide falling off during the drying process and causing scars on the pipe head.
5. The cooling adopts fan cooling, no damage to the mold and no pollution. The tube wall is formed with uniform extension and deformation, stable shaping and fast cooling. It can ensure that the pipe flaring is round and smooth.
