The PS frame production line is mainly composed of a special single-screw extruder for PS foam profiles and a co-extrusion side machine, cooling water tank, heat transfer unit, tractor, cutting machine, and turning frame. The speed control system of the whole machine is equipped with AC frequency converter control, imported temperature control instrument and other components, which have the characteristics of good plasticization, high output and stable operation. It is a new type of production equipment newly developed in the plastic machinery industry. (This production line is equipped with special mixing equipment to form the whole plant equipment).
The thermal transfer unit is designed based on the improvement of imported prototypes. It mainly uses thermal embossing method to emboss the paint on the ribbon on the frame profile. The machine is beautiful in appearance, reliable in performance, accurate in hot stamping, and strong in adsorption. And the adjusting handwheel can imprint various profiles of different shapes.
